IMO, sugar is sugar. Fructose, sucrose, natural, refined, whatever. I just PREFER fruit & raw natural sweeteners. I'm more focused on balancing out the GI of all sugars in general. I personally think sugars should be enjoyed in moderation *shrug*

I personally hate the taste of cow milk on its own. Almond milk is one of my favorite nut milks. I prefer to make my own & in variety flavors. I still get great taste & plenty of its nutrients. It's easier on my stomach & healthier to me, imo.

It's honestly none of your business what food parents send their children to school with. You don't buy them nor do you know what the parents & children may be going through. Unless their kid(s) have certain food or ingredient allergies, i personally don't see the problem *shrug*
