i have between doing something simular and putting it under "general circuit training on the cardio part of my exercise diary. less than 30 seconds between, and bike on strength interval program between weight sets

i started drinking more coffee when i started this in feb. because i was starving! couple ofr cups in the morning took the edge off my hunger.

eggs bacon hash browns 1 piece of french toast, peanut butter and sugar free syrup. just so you know, i am on night shift and breakfast is my largest meal of the day, midway through my shift!:bigsmile:

i would love to go. i played in texas rugby union for 16 years, and have rooted for the all blacks most of that time. (dont tell my family in Ipswitch!) i have heard it costs quite a bit, and everywhere to spend the night is already booked up.

honestly, i drink more coffee in the morning than i used to. seems like i dont starve as much for food when i first cut down the portions.

i try to "trick" myself into extra miles, minutes or calories when im treadmilling or biking by watching the display numbers. i say to myself "ok, i will go till the distance is an even number" and then "i will keep on until the time elapsed is and even number" then calories burned, ect. keeps me going longer than my…

i been drinking black coffee more than normal because it seems to cut my appetite. is that right?

what i dont get is MFP has got me at 3900+ cal /day. i dont eat that much. i been keeping it between 1500 and 2000 and am losing weight steady but dont feel like crud. how do they get the numbers?

are you cutting out carbs? i was doing that too much at first and was experiencing the same tiredness, then it went away. i want to know if thats it, or is there a different reason.
