5" tortilla?
is a small 5" tortilla really 110 calories? i just made it so i cant eat dinner if i want to stay under calorie goal. (by eating 4 of them with my eggs, thinking that because they were so little they would have few calories)

sub for decline bench?
i am on a ship in the gulf of mexico, and there is no safe way for me to do a decline bench. what would be a good substitute exercise? i have dumbells a regular bench (non adjustable) and a universal-type machine. push-ups with my feet on the bench, maybe?

i put my weight in and save changes but i still see the same daily calories as always. what am i doing wrong?

as i suspected, when i left work offshore and went home for 35 days, i found it hard to keep up with my program on MFP. i lost 20.25 pounds on my ship in 35 days and when i got back home i continued to lose weight, down to 321 pounds the first 3 weeks home. then i slowly gained back to 325 the last 2 weeks. ok, here is the deal. i am an ex athelete. i got fat mostly around the belly and it is the type of fat that hangs off the front of the muscle, not hard intestinal fat. i have strong abs underneath and can do umteen sit ups and other ab exersizes, but the weight i lose always comes off my face neck arms and legs it seems.…

how do i write this exercise up?
ok, i cant find what i am doing in the exercise list, but i am using the tension bands (big rubber band things with handle, tied off to a pole) and doing sets of 50 twists, rotating from right all the way left with as much tension pulling back on the bands as i can handle. i am also doing my pec deck and bench sets…
