i am on a ship in the gulf of mexico, and there is no safe way for me to do a decline bench. what would be a good substitute exercise? i have dumbells a regular bench (non adjustable) and a universal-type machine. push-ups with my feet on the bench, maybe?

Can you put anything under the bench to make it decline? What about the universal machine? what type is it? Is there a way to rig that up for decline presses? Pushups may be your best answer if not.0
