is a small 5" tortilla really 110 calories? i just made it so i cant eat dinner if i want to stay under calorie goal. (by eating 4 of them with my eggs, thinking that because they were so little they would have few calories)

We have corn tortillas in my house right now and they are probably about 5" and the package says 2 tortillas is a serving for 105 calories. So maybe you were logged double the servings? Take a look, you can always change your diary to reflect the true numbers. We also have the large burrito size flour tortillas and one of those is 210 calories! Yikes!

it depends on what kind of torilla it is... if it is a plain flour one then yes it can be that high. The whole wheat ones are 80. I switched to the extra thin mission corn tortillias because you get 2 of them for 80!

Yikes. It really depends on the brand. I've seen some really big tortillas for 200+ calories and really tiny (like 5in) for 100+, but then again, I've also seen standard burrito size tortillas for 90 calories. (And all the tortilla I look at are white flour; I don't like corn tortilla or wheat).

No worries though. Get in some exercise, and you'll have plenty of calories to eat for dinner. I have a problem with leaving myself with 100 calories or so with dinner too... Except I waste my calories on chocolate instead or tortillas. Lol.
