as i suspected, when i left work offshore and went home for 35 days, i found it hard to keep up with my program on MFP. i lost 20.25 pounds on my ship in 35 days and when i got back home i continued to lose weight, down to 321 pounds the first 3 weeks home. then i slowly gained back to 325 the last 2 weeks. (beer weight, i think!) i am shooting for 25 pounds before i go back home in 35 days, which will put me at 300 pounds, a weight i havnt seen in 7 years. wish me luck. also, any ex rugby-football players... i could use a few more friends on here...

    hi,
I wish you the best of luck with your goal! I am in the same place...we live overseas and I was doing so good on here, tracking, exercising and everything, I felt great; I had lost several inches and about 5 lbs (hardest lbs to lose). Anyways, we went home on leave for about a month and I did really good the first few days we were home but quickly slipped. I gained back 4 of the 5 lbs that I had lost, ugh, so bummed. So now I am back on track and could use support! I started tracking and exercising again and it feels awesome, although we are still fighting the jetlag, I made myself a priority...I can always, sleep, lol :)

Anyways best of luck on your journey!!!
