I dislike that I am hyper emotional. I get emotionally attached to so many people and things and then it makes the seperation that much harder. As well I find that I am a huge emotional eater. Not a winning combination, but it is a work in progress.(I also hate that I appear to be OCD when I actually catch a typing error…

I think there is unwelcome attention and welcomed attention in any given situation. Sometimes it seems like maybe they wouldn't have noticed me a few months a go, but I kinda get that is my issue not so much theirs. So either way I try to look at it as a compliment.

I agree with you. I honestly think my ideal weight on the 'BMI chart' is sickly for my height and frame. I am aiming for healthy and happy, not crack head starved model. :laugh:

I love yoga! I have some Yoga / Pilates that burn calories pretty good, and some Yoga / Stretching that is so relaxing and does so much ... just not a big calorie burner.
