I am 5ft and 103. I ate over 2000 calories yesterday with 60 to spare. It was a hard workout day, but I usually eat around 1900 a day and more on Sundays.

IMO you should eat how you like. I prefer a small breakfast and lunch, a snack, and a big dinner. I tried the 5-6 small meals and it left me always anticipating the next meal. Some people enjoy smaller meals and that's fine too.

No, we all eat the same thing. There is no such thing as diet meals in our house. I make healthy meals for everyone and we start every dinner with a salad. Since I am the cook and do the grocery shopping, you can take it or leave it. That goes for even the smallest one in the house.

I have two weeks left in Insanity and I did the 13 weeks of P90X. I miss the weights of P90X, but love how I am covered in sweat at the end of Insanity.

I feel more accomplished when I get up in the morning to workout. I burn more calories in the afternoon (per HRM) doing the same workout.
