  • Today I dehydrated ginger and lemon zest, and then ran it through the food processor. I ran it through the Keurig and it made a decent tea. It was definitely better than water alone.

  • I start retaining water about a week before my period, no matter how closely I watch my sodium intake, and don't lose it until about 3 - 4 days into it.
