People do what they want. You don't work out because you don't want to. Weight loss is hard. I've lost 75 lbs and I can guarantee you that. No one can motivate you if you don't want to do it. The choice is yours.

Ok, yes...you need to exercise, but you already know this and you are already doing it. i have worked out for about 90 minutes a day/5 days a week and I've lost almost 70 lbs in a year. What you eat is more important. Also, if you want to LOOK good ... LIFT WEIGHTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is right. But, I also agree with you that it's a GREAT idea to shoot for larger goals, so then when you hit that 60 or 70 lb mark you are still doing really well. Just don't be disappointed with less than 100 lbs.

Some curry would make it awesome!! Then it would be like pineapple curry...which is my FAVORITE thing ever. The curry makes a spicy matched with the pineapple's sweetness...and it's an amazing explosion in your mouth.

You can do HIIT with anything--even strength training!! :) It makes it fun. Look up Tabata training too. :)

Try using rice and quinoa and sweet potatoes for starches instead of bread and rolls. Just an idea. Also...you seem to eat pretty clean...what about sugary things? I was plateaued and I cut out processed sugars and it started coming off again. Best of luck to you!
