Hi there,I just bought this book through kindle 3 days ago and am trying to adjust my eating times and foods,but also work shiftwork which can make it tricky.I did up a time grid but pretty much it means having something to eat every 1.5hrs be it a snack or meal.I'm on day 2 of Prime week .

Well,the kids are back to school and this momma has decided there is no excuse to not put 20 minutes per day aside to invest in me!I started the 30 day shred today,hoping to keep at it .Good luck with your shredding everyone!

100 cal ideas for snacks-1/4c plain popcorn,1tbsp choc chips,1/2tbsp plain peanuts.....1tbsp plain peanuts and 2tbsp dried cranberries....1/4c shredded wheat(spoonsize)mixed with 2tbsp sliced almonds and 1tbsp raisins~put all in individual ziplock bags for snacks!!:)

Thanks ,I usually work evenings or nights and try and eat regular meals with the family when I'm home and fit the other meals in at work.
