Meal 4 on Shred?

I dowloaded the Shred book to my Nook, and am a little confused on how the PRIME week works and what Meal 4 would be. If Meal 1 is breakfast, 2 is lunch and 3 is dinner (at 3:30?)...then what is Meal 4 at 7:00? And is there a way to have meal 3 for dinner at 5:00 or 6:00 instead of eating later? Do any of at a snack at 3:30 instead of later in the evening, and have only 3 "meals" instead of 4?

You don't have to label your meals, but if you do the 3.30pm one is a second lunch or afternoon snack and 7pm is dinner IMO. The whole point is to eat regularly which is generally done to limit hunger and cravings and to keep the blood sugar stable, if you cut back to three or completely change the timing you are not following the programme.0

Hi there,I just bought this book through kindle 3 days ago and am trying to adjust my eating times and foods, but also work shiftwork which can make it tricky.I did up a time grid but pretty much it means having something to eat every 1.5hrs be it a snack or meal.I'm on day 2 of Prime week .0

That helps. I saw that they spaced it out so that you eat every 1.5 hours...but then there is a big gap from 3:30 to 7:00. I guess my guestion is instead of waiting until 7:00, could I at meal 4 at 5:00 and last snack at 6:30? Or there abouts? I usually get home from work at 5:30...so I could technically eat meal 4 at 6:00, and last snack at 7:30. Will that throw me all off?0
