Good luck and have fun. I myself am on week 2 day 3. Definitely get something you can listen to. Some listen to music. I listen to military cadences. It helps me keep a pace.

Thank you everyone for the advice. Now I think I have a good idea on how to get started. I do enjoy walking my 40 miles a week as well as jogging 2 miles 3 days a week but now its time to work on the muscles so I dont end up looking like Al Roker. My starting weight Feb 1 was 245 and just from eating better and…
