  • Thank you! I was a little worried as I had tuna for lunch and that pushed up my protein so was thinking there was no way I could get my fats up to 85%! I will try to get fats quite hight for the first week or so to try and help me reach ketosis and then try and even out between 65 - 75% or whatever works best for me :)
  • I literally just started low carb 2 days ago. Feel pretty low on energy at the moment but guess that is the usual until you are in ketosis. I am going to give this a try tomorrow morning to see if it helps give me a boost of energy :)
