No but we should..... you obviously should be dead.... but aren't.... think the ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE is starting!!!

I heard as long as you ate at LEAST 150g of protein before the train hits then you are good.

So would never bathing give you an awesome strong digestive system? May have to try it

If you wear a really big belt maybe things will pop back in???

Haha, I like this. Although one genuine think that I thought was helping myself but causing more problems was brushing my teeth right after a meal. My dentist said to wait an hour because the acid in the food slightly softens tooth enamel and brushing right away can actually cause more harm than good to tooth enamel. She…

Oh and apparently the oil is bright orange (think the kind that forms on top of a curry when sat for a while) and smells terrible. So if you are going to take them, definitely log all your food before you eat them to check fat contents, do not eat more than 15g of fat per meal (and apparently it's best to stick to foods…

Orlistat does and doesn't work. I believe they block about 30% of the fat you eat. The recommended amount of fat is supposed to be around 15g per meal, three meals a day. So out of 45g of fat you can eat each day.... it will block around 13.5g of fat. Now think about it.... there is 9 calories in one gram of fat, so each…

If just cooking for myself and needing one portion, I weigh out raw exactly what I need and log it as raw. If cooking a pan full for me and family, I wait until it's cooked and put my plate on the scales, zero it and weigh it cooked and log it's cooked values in my diary. (and remember to add any calories from oil you cook…

Bisciuts with a cup of tea to dunk them in. Mostly creamy filled ones like custard creams. I just can't buy them. I don't know how people have a cuppa and one or two biscuits, I swear someone puts crack in my bicsuits! I could eat a full pack, that could be almost 800 calories depending on the type, more for some. My poor…

Personally I feel like that is a long list of things to do. I would recommend maybe halving that list. I found it best to start smaller initially. It doesn't have to be all or nothing. I feel that setting up too many goals can make you feel like a failure if you don't hit them. Yesterday, you say you had a set back by…

Personally I would try not to. I find the first 3-4 days of getting in to ketosis pretty rough going and wouldn't want to have to do that on a regular basis. If cheat day meant coming out of ketosis and having to go through those few days again it would not be worth it to me. I know that I will be eating much higher carb…

Thanks everyone. I'll post back on here once I have done a couple of work outs and see how it goes.

I DID get a Teddy Ruxpin, it was weird.... like it was possessed lol.
-
Fantastic, well done! You are doing brilliantly x

Most people bribe their kids. I don't see anything wrong with what you are doing except that as she gets fitter it's gonna cost you a fortune!

Thanks for your replies guys. Figure it's worth a go. But yeah.... 10 years younger in 10 sessions....... unless it magically sorts these crows feet fine lines around my eyes I can't see it lol.

I desperately wanted a Mr Frosty... they looked so cool..... but it was never to be....

Thanks everyone. Well I had a can yesterday afternoon and it didn't seem to effect me but think I will just maybe stick to them as a weekend treat or something.

Sounds good to me :)
-
Thank you! It certainly helps having other keto friends if I can see their diaries. Gives me ideas on yummy meals to have :)

I moved out at 15yrs old. I was in a relationship with someone older than me who had his own place. I was a nightmare teenager lol.

Fantastic, you look great, well done.

Is MCT oil in liquid form? I do add coconut oil to my coffee which I like but obviously the coffee is hot so the coconut oil mixes in with my little whisk. Sometimes though I don't fancy coffee and toyed with the idea of adding coconut oil to my protein shake but I have that cold so it wouldn't mix in right. Would MCT oil…

Thanks everyone. I hope I like it these sound great lol.

Yeah this. My husband is the nicest guy I know.

The 5:2 diet is just a way of reducing your overall calories for the week to give you weight loss. I tried it and had zero problems controling myself on the 500 cal days, it was the "eat at maintenance" days that threw me. I found myself eating far more and that cut in to the defecit I had created by eating at 500 cals for…

Personally for my holiday I would use the TDEE - 15-20% route. As TDEE takes in to consideration your activity calories, you would then have a set number of calories to have each day.

Haha, it sounds fun. Is it for new runners, improvers etc? I've just been heading out for 40 mins, walking the first and last 5 mins (as warm up and cool down) and running as much as I can in the half hour between. At the moment, I am at 21 minutes of none stop (and very proud of this lol). Would this be any good for me?

You keep saying "this program". Do you mean MFP? If so, change your goals to losing one pound a week. Eat the calories it gives you and eat some of your exercise calories (I say some because in my experience MFP over-estimates for me). Increase protein and don't worry about carbs and fat too much at this stage, you can…
