T25's Rip't Circuit and Body Revolution's Workout 7 with some old tunes from my junior high/high school years. Nothing like some NOFX for weight liffting! And I have to add Blogilates, Zuzka Lite, and XHIT as far as my favorite youtube channels. Love Fitness Blender too. Just did the new Lake Yoga the other day!

I don't deny myself any foods, but I am trying to hit certain macro goals and a few other nutrient goals as well. So sometimes there are some things that I don't eat because it just doesn't fit into my goals. Nothing is off-limits though. I guess the only "cheat" meal I have is mac and cheese (the box kind with the…

Check out youtube. They'll have a ton of body weight exercises that don't require equipment and aren't very long. Look up a full body, upper body, lower, core, ect and there should be a lot of options.

Hello! I guess my reason for not going to the gym is I find it gross. Even though the gym around us is very clean, I still don't care for the sweaty machines, the noise, the driving, the weird air freshener/sweat smell, the AC (seriously, I've never been to a gym that isn't FREEZING!), and all the other things that go…

She uses 3 sets of weight plus resistance bands and in my opinion, having the different weights is very helpful. I have 15's, 12's and 8's as mine, but it might be better to start lighter. But the different sizes are hard to substitute the way the workouts go. For example she'll use light weights on something like the…

Yep. It's changed a lot. And I'm doing a hybrid workout plan including Brazil Butt Lift after I finish T25, so I know it's going to change even more. The bad thing is I need to find a new brand of jeans that have a bigger butt. Or I need to master my jean sewing. Things fit in the waist and the thighs, but the butt is…

You're not supposed to talk about it!

If it does, it's not from fat loss. There are some that help with blood circulation and contain vitamin c (which helps with collagen), but that isn't taking away any fat. It's just helping to keep the skin that's there healthy with good blood flow at the surface. A lot of them also contain hyaluronic acid which helps to…

Like Fat Girl Slim and things like that? Just caffeine with most of them. They won't burn fat, but they will make you pee a lot! And itch!

First of all, bump to find out more. I've googled the heck out of this and there are so many different reasons for it. Fat loss, muscle gain, water retention, body recomposition, not weighing food. :grumble: So much! Weight loss is strange sometimes. I went down my first pant size when I lost 20 lbs, then my second size…

I make alfredo sauce with cauliflower and it's great. I follow this recipe: http://foodwishes.blogspot.com/2009/02/creamy-cauliflower-spaghetti-alfredo.html But there are tons out there. Cauliflower gratin, pizza crust, and soups are all really great go-to's as well. The pizza or alfredo sauce might be good for your son.…

Definitely look up bugdgetbytes. I'd take a look at Poor Girl Eats Well and Brokeass Gormet. I recently got the book Ten Dollar Dinners and it's my favorite thing at the moment. Lots of great recipes and tips on how to shop smart. Definitely worth the $10 I spend getting the book! Something that I've found helpful as far…

Blogilates, XHIT, Zuzka Light, Be Fit, LiveStrongWoman, the New York City Ballet ones (but there are lots of great full length ballet workouts on youtube), Ekhart Yoga, Fitness Blender, and I was surprised that the Victoria's Sercret channel had some good ones. I think that covers it!

If you look at my profile picture, the second and third ones are the my before and afters from Turbo Fire. I didn't finish the last 3 weeks of the program because I was too excited about starting T25, but I plan on doing a Turbo Fire hybrid after finishing. I still do the HIITs sometimes just for fun. It's a great workout!…

Ekhart, Tara Stiles, Yoga with Adriene, Gaiam, and some of the ones they have on Be Fit come to mind as far as youtube. That's always a good place to start. Check out Blogilates, some of the other pilates, and ballet workouts they have for free on youtube as well. LOTS of full length workouts with all those!

I do half castor seed oil and half mustard seed oil in a jar with some fenugreek seeds and let it site (shaking it every now and again) for 6 weeks. Then I have an infused oil. Put some in a dropper bottle and then add a few drops of lavender, rosemary, and clary sage essential oils. At night I just use the dropper to…

Yep! I have really thin hair anyways, so I was so worried when I started shedding during my weight loss. I upped my daily calorie allowance by a hundred calories, and upped my protein at fat (from 20% to 30%, and 20% to 35 %, respectively). I also started using oil on my scalp at night and conditioner cleansing after my…

34DD here and I like Champion. I don't like underwires and their bras are the most comfortable for me that still hold the girls in place. I've tried other brands, but while I did like some of the shapes more, I had trouble finding straps that were short enough for me. I always end up going back.

Chinese food, beer, and a marathon of either Archer or Planet Earth with my husband. We don't have kids or pets, so there's nothing to really get away from. So we try to keep it cheap, but still a treat!

Check on youtube. There are tons for free.

I have A LOT. If I meet my weekly exercise goal, I have a really warm bath and a face/body mask on my rest day. But my rest day is also hair removal day (which makes me look forward to the workout days!), so this is becoming more of a habit than a reward). If I meet my monthly goals, I take an old shirt that's too big and…

The things that I've found that works for me: 1. I find exercise programs I really enjoy 2. I have a motivational quotes in my workout area 3. Just give the workout 5 minutes. Usually if I can get started, I finish 4. I found a really yummy protein powder that I use for after workouts shakes that I LOVE and is my "treat"…

If I feel like my calculations is overestimating, I'll usually log about 3/4 of the time I spent to try to make it more accurate. I do this if I've been hiking, climbing, or playing some type of sport where we have breaks. It depends, but unless you're wearing something that tracks your burn, you're just going to have make…

I workout 6 days a week with one rest day. I workout pretty intensely I'd say. Cardio in the mornings for 1/2 an hour (regular cardio 4 days a week with 2 HIITS a week) then 1/2 an hour of strength training at night with heavy weights. I really try to put my all in and it's easier for me to do that when it's a shorter…

Great work! There's such a difference! Congrats!

My husband doesn't order anything and then eats all my food! He's a food criminal!

Go for it! I am currently doing T25 in conjunction with Body Revolution (weights and cardio, but mostly weights) and it's been going great. I started it when I began Beta as well and haven't felt like it was too much. Both programs are 1/2 an hour, so I do one in the morning and one at night. It doesn't take up too much of…

I think that you would be fine. I'm doing Body Revolution (which also has a lot of lifting) right now along with T25 and it's been great. I love the weights as well! ChaLEAN is also about 1/2 an hour and I know I've had no problems fitting both T25 and Body Revolution into my schedule. I usually do T25 in the morning and…

I really wouldn't. I would try to do all 90 days. Unless you're in great shape already, you're probably going to need the 2 weeks of each workout in order to be up to what comes next. Things get pretty complicated pretty darn quick, so building up your strength throughout the whole program is really ideal in order to get…

Flax seeds. I eat them everyday. I'm also a big fan of kale.
