I wouldn't try since that would basically some type of really drastic dieting or exercising. And even then it probably wouldn't happen that fast. Especially if you want to do this the healthy way. If you need to look a little extra slender for an event or something, invest in some Spanx while you lose weight healthily.

I eat it in dressings and in sauces mostly. I like to use it as a rinse for my hair and in my mud masks too. But even if I did think that it could help me drop extra (which I personally don't) I don't think I could stand to drink it!
