I just baked these using 1 1/2 cup applesauce instead of bananas. I cut the oil and used 1/4 cup butter. I used a combination of raisins and craisins because that is what I had. Added some cinnamon, about 1/2 teaspoon. I baked it in a 8 x 8 greased pan at 350 for 30 minutes. It is good. Cut into 16 squares the calorie…

You made me cry! What an inspiring story. You are the poster child for exercise and weight loss. And you look fantastic!

The difference is remarkable! Keep up the good work. People didn't notice I was losing weight until I had lost about 40 pounds. Then I became an expert on the subject. LOL!

6 inches of snow is rapidly thawing here in the Pacific Northwest. Yesterday at this time it was 26 and now it is 42. Last time I was out was Monday. We've been snowed in since then.

You win the prize today! What you have accomplished is beyond words. Bless you. I could only see a couple of your pictures, but they tell a story of survival. You can do the rest.

I didn't like them either. I could not get past the rubbery texture! I would rather eat a smaller amount of REAL food.

Hahahahahahahahahahahaha! You made my day with this story. I get why you are mad, but it is funny. You will take this story to the bank with your friends for years to come!

You should be proud! You look wonderful!

I don't wear a clip, even when I sometimes use a snorkle. I blow our my nose and never seem to get water up my nose. I swim freestyle 30 to 40 minutes 3 times a week. I know what you mean about getting bored, but I seldom do. I seem to get lost in my thoughts and often zone out and the time flies by. I vary my speed from…

One time a little boy asked me "Are you going to have a baby?". I did look pregnent, I guess. Don't anymore.

Angel Food cake mix. 20 oz can of pineapple tidbits in their own juice Mix together. Bake in a bundt pan, tube pan, or 13 x 9 cake pan. Frost with sugar free cool whip. Delicious. Variation: Substitute a 14oz can of pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix) for the pineapple. This is truly delicious, low fat, low calorie.

Could you use it an a pannini press with a sandwich thin? Haven't tried it myself, cause I don't have one, or rather I did have one and gave it away because I didn't use it.

How nice for you. Those moments really help keep me on track.

I use 1/4 cup kernals (110 calories) in a microwave popper. It makes a large bowl that I spritz with olive oil and sprinkle with a bit of salt.

We are having homemade chili. I make it with leanest ground beef, onion, diced tomato with green chilis and tomato sauce. Season with garlic, chili pwdr, oregano and cumin and red pepper flakes if it isn't spicy enough, black pepper. No salt added. The seasonings and canned tomatoes add enough salt to taste good. BTW I…

That worked for me too and after a three month plateau. I'm so glad that's over. I guess there is a sweet spot between calories and exercise. You just have to find it.
