I am wondering whether the calories burned data base is trust worthy. I differs so much from what the machines say at the gym. For instance, I frequently use a seated elliptical for 30 minutes, working hard. The machine says I burn about 170 calories but the data base says over 400 calories. What do you trust?
How does one manage track using the Weight Watchers plan. Is there a way? Some of you must follow the plan, how do you do it? I like the WW plan and I love the accountability of MFP. I'm looking for a way to mesh them.

Is it possible to track WW points on this system? I occasionaly see a food item with points value, but not often. Some of you must be following the program. I tried to for a while, but I just ended up counting calories and points, so I switched to calories.
