I try to track it when I eat it.. But then i try to track what I am going to eat for the day! That is so much easier for me!!

My hair started to have a little grey in it when i was in my 20's. I used to pay to have my hair white back then.. now I could have it for free and I hate it. Personally i feel much older when my grey is showing. Thank goodness my daughter is a beautician!!

I to also think it is a cop out for people . You still have to watch what you eat and exercise. There is a great chance that you can gain all that weight back again. if you don't exercise what happens to all that excess skin??

I had it a few yrs. ago.. I did not have surgery. I did the roll a bottle or similar kind of can under your foot before you get out of bed in the morning. . the foot Dr. gave me a band kind of sock that you wear when you sleep that stretches your foot so your arch is being stretched. It really helped alot. Good luck!!

I buy the splash flavored water from walmart. Zero everything!! It comes in many different flavors. I mix 3/4 flavored with 1/4 tap water to stretch it a little and you still get the flavor! I too have to pee alot but I still drink at least 8 glasses a day.

It is hard when we get off track to get back on again. you are riding your bike and doing the swimming( that is exercise.) Keep doing that, watch your calories and just maintain what you have lost so far. It is not good to loose weight fast so it is good that you are not in a hurry. remember this is a lifestyle change, not…

I have the same problem. It is much better now that I have lost 50 lbs. Walking and running does not bother it, but squats are a killer. I say do what you can. try biking that might be easier! Good Luck.

I have lost 51 pounds but I am 61. I hear that it gets better as time goes on. mine is getting better but it is a slow process. Do you work out with weights at all??

I say donate them!! i went from a sz 16 to a sz 6-8. I kept some sz 10 pants just so I can get thermals under them in the winter!
