HI..thanks!! I am eating about 1800-2000 cals a day depending on exercise. I am alternating between TurboJam/walking at work (postal carrier) some weight training, and am doing couch to 5k program when I can. I do Zumba sometimes, basically whatever to get in a calorie burn! :) I am just on the move instead of just lying…

Just me personally, I try to get my NET (with exercise) up to at LEAST 1200. On days you don't exercise, stay with what MFP gives you, which is 1400? I may recommend bumping that # up to 1500 or 1600 since you are working out, try that for a week and see how your progress is. Just make your meals a little bigger or snack…

I really like the Kashi Go Lean cereal..very high in protein and fiber..I also like the Kashi Go Lean Crunch..its a little more calories..but very crunchy! My favorite not as healthy cereal would prob be Life, or wheat Chex or anything with bran in it..huge fan of Wheaties, Raisin bran..stuff like that :)

Oh , I am sooooo with you on that part..I had it done once, and it did hurt a bit, and was going for the full Monty..lol..but when asked to do that, I said , "uh, no..that's ok..I'll pass on that part"...LMAO!! It was super embarrassing!!!!
