    Iv been bad on putting in my weekly weigh in but here is my progress. I weigh in on Tuesdays, but on
    3/2/12 = 181
    3/6/12 = 179
    3/13/12 = 177
    3/2/12 = 174

    So by 3/30 I have to lose 3 lbs. I'm gonna do it!!!

    Week 1 weigh in - 180lbs
    Couldnt weigh in on Friday but did just now and still stuck at 180. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

    ALTHOUGH A 4.8 LB WEIGHT LOSS IS NOT IMPOSSIBLE IT'S NOT LIKELY IF I HOLD TO FORM LOOKS LIKE I MIGHT COME UP 2LBS SHORT SHOULDN'T HAVE HAD A BAD WKND EARLY ON WERE I GAINED 5LBS

    -2lbs yipeee, 8 to go

    -1lb 7 to go


    Friday 23rd March
    -2lb 5 to go

    5lb lost this month so far really pleased.


    Friday the 30th March

    -2lb so lost 7lb in march, pretty pleased with that, now 155lbs, so hopefully April will at last see 149 on the scales.

    thats for this group, hope everyone else is happy with what they lost.

    Gained 1 lb back this week. Didn't meet my overall goal but due to the accountability of this group I did learn a few things over the last month! Getting a little closer to my goal! And feeling good!

    That was fun. The 6 lbs. that i lost overall for the month helped me get into a smaller size than when I started. Looking forward to another challenge for April. Great job, everybody!

    Good Morning!!!!!!! Well, this is the final weigh in. I did not make my ten pounds but at least I lost some.

    At least I am down 5 pounds from my starting weight. That is ok with me.

    I could have done so much better if I'd stayed on track this month, but never mind 4.4lbs down is still better than 4.4lbs up! Well done to everyone who managed to lose the 10lbs or those who came close!

    Progress to date: 10lbs down

    I did it! I was actually 0.75lbs lighter earlier in the week but this was my weight this morning. I fully expect it to have gone back down again tomorrow, but this is the official weigh in for the last day of the month. I'm proud I did it! :)

    I didn't make 10 pounds, but I still lost 4 pounds at least. Hoping to make some changes next month and see some more improvement. Congrats to all the weight that has been lost and keep up the good work.

    weighed this morning march 30th im 9 pounds down doubt if i will be 1 pound lighter in the morning. gave it the old college try and im happy with my progress. tomorrows a new month going for 10 again! wish me luck. it was great being part of the challenge

    SO HERE IS MY LAST WEIGH IN FOR THE MONTH 360.4 WHICH MEANS I LOST 5LBS DURING THE MONTH DIDN'T MEET THE GOAL

    I walked a total of 3.4km (2.113 miles) and burned 262 calories today. I am down to 251.5lbs now and am slowly noticing the difference in how some of my clothes feel. I actually fit into some of my old summer clothes that were too tight and now they are a bit big on me but until I can get some new ones, I am happy with what I have.
