    I've done cardio every day as well as 30DS and have lost NO WEIGHT.
    But I feel good. Just need to stay away from the peanut butter and pistachios!

    I am so frustrated but moving forward! I can not seem to get out of the 170's- I get close one week and then the next back up.

    Thats a bit better than last week! I need to lose 1.3lbs by Monday to reach my birthday goal of 20lbs, It's just about do-able!!

    Hanging in with a consistent 2 lb loss each week, so far. I didn't gain it overnight, so I am really happy to lose slow and steady. MFP is giving me the accountability to myself that I need to reach my healthy goals. Keep up the good work, everyone!:flowerforyou:

    Well, looks like I've been dropping a pound a week so far. I'll take it!!! :wink: I will try "shocking" my body next week by trying something different. Just purchased 30 Day Shred and will reduce my meat intake to see how that works for me. . Good Job everyone!! Only 2 more weigh ins for this month so lets go hard!!!!!

    Haven't exercised as much as I should, but have made decent food choices. I'm making a goal to exercise at least one hour a day everyday next week and hope that gets me out of my exercise slump.
