    current weight 166.4. No loss or gain. I am ok with this since I was at a work conference over the weekend where there were not many food choices. Happy that I did not gain though. Hopefully I will have a loss this week. Have a great week everyone.

    I don't know if I want to push myself to lose 5 lbs in the remaining 9 days of March. I'm content with 1-2 lbs a week and am very happy with the progress I've made this month!

    Great Job!! I am in the same boat with you. I was 170 last week and I'm hoping to kick the 170's tomorrow morning. I plan to work out really hard tonight before I weigh in tomorrow morning. :wink: Congratulations and enjoy your vacation!

    I'm really not doing that great at this challenge. I put on 4lbs over my birthday weekend!! Luckily I've lost 3 of those, but I think we can safely say I'm not going to have lost 10 lbs by the end of the month lol!

    5 lbs. lost so far. Not anticipating another 5lbs. by month end, but will step up my cardio this week and see if I can get close. Looking forward to doing another challenge for April. Zumba classes start and the beginning of my biking season too. Bring on the Spring!
