Iv been bad on putting in my weekly weigh in but here is my progress. I weigh in on Tuesdays, but on
3/2/12 = 181
3/6/12 = 179
3/13/12 = 177
3/2/12 = 174
So by 3/30 I have to lose 3 lbs. I'm gonna do it!!!0 -

ALTHOUGH A 4.8 LB WEIGHT LOSS IS NOT IMPOSSIBLE IT'S NOT LIKELY IF I HOLD TO FORM LOOKS LIKE I MIGHT COME UP 2LBS SHORT SHOULDN'T HAVE HAD A BAD WKND EARLY ON WERE I GAINED 5LBS0

5lb lost this month so far really pleased.
Friday the 30th March
-2lb so lost 7lb in march, pretty pleased with that, now 155lbs, so hopefully April will at last see 149 on the scales.

Gained 1 lb back this week. Didn't meet my overall goal but due to the accountability of this group I did learn a few things over the last month! Getting a little closer to my goal! And feeling good!0 -
That was fun. The 6 lbs. that i lost overall for the month helped me get into a smaller size than when I started. Looking forward to another challenge for April. Great job, everybody!

I did it! I was actually 0.75lbs lighter earlier in the week but this was my weight this morning. I fully expect it to have gone back down again tomorrow, but this is the official weigh in for the last day of the month. I'm proud I did it!

I walked a total of 3.4km (2.113 miles) and burned 262 calories today. I am down to 251.5lbs now and am slowly noticing the difference in how some of my clothes feel. I actually fit into some of my old summer clothes that were too tight and now they are a bit big on me but until I can get some new ones, I am happy with what I have.0
