    I was pleasantly surprised at the scale, considering I had a yo-yo of a week. My walking regime was set back due to a monster snow storm on Monday which left all sidewalks treacherous, and a wild cougar is roaming around town in the evenings, so that hinders my after supper walks with my dog. One day I was up 3 lbs., two days later, I was down 5. A little crazy, but two lbs./week is right on track. Can't wait to get out of the 190's. So close! Great job everybody!

    TOTM + sick + not enough sleep. I've still been eating well and exercising, so it should come down in a few days. I've really cleaned up my eating in the past few days and have been watching my sugar and eating more vegetables. I think I'll have a good loss next week.
    Good job for everyone who lost, and for everyone who didn't, I'm right there with you. We'll do it next week!

    I had my weigh-in today as well --- better than a gain but didn't hit my 2.5 mark I was trying to hit

    March 9: 326.5

    I did exercise 5 days this week --- and intend to continue that!

    1.5 pounds lost this week without much exercise. The next 3 weeks will hopefully show a lot more weight loss because I don't have my internship during the day and I plan to be at the gym a lot more.

    I cut out sugar, salt, white bread and soft drink. Who knew doing that would make such a difference over just a week?
