I will try double day next week :) thank you. The reason I was splitting them up is because i dont think I can do the 2nd workout efficiently after being exhausted from the precious one but I'll try. I miss having a rest day haha

I only go between 150-250 recently because I feel so hungry before lunch, so I save up some cals for snacks in between meals :)

True! I am doing T25 now and I feel like I did Insanity afterwards lol and there are modifications in T25 that are low impact it can help you a lot :D

Just do your best! :D Don't push too much that your asthma will be triggered though. You should't be doing Insanity since it is really tough but if you really want to just don't push too hard :smile: I finished Insanity but I've never done a workout from start to finish completely, except for the Core Cardio and Balance.…

I eat whole foods because processed food triggers my eczema :( and they leave really nasty dark scars. Anyway, i didnt notice anything special other than my eczema became way tamer lol and my acne as well! also my tummy isn't too bloated anymore :D

You know what's weird? I can hold planks for as long as a minute and my wrist wont hurt, may be you're right I might have been doing the pushups too fast that I neglect my form... :( I should observe myself more :flowerforyou:

I read once that a man on the celery diet died of starvation. He only ate celery, and you spend more energy (calories) chewing and digesting it so basically he was eating nothing. But it didn't say that the celery has no cals it just said that he exerted more calories than his intake.
