Its not a silly question, some days I eat junk just as long as its in my calorie allowance, but most days I do eat healthy.

Hi I drink every weekend so few more than you. The difference now is I just log it it dose use up quite a few calories, but i am healthy eating now I love MFP.

Hi i'm with you here I see where your coming form, saving calories carrying them over for another day. It worked on slimming world and weight watchers so why not this.

Try weighing yourself just once a week rather than every day give your body a chance.

Mine is Indians I have one every Sunday I love it :happy: . Sunday is the only day I don't count calories, I know I would lose weight quicker if I cut these out. But would make me miserable so one day a week I don't mind.

Hi when I went for my Mirena I asked the doctor does it cause weight gain? His reply was dear biscuits come in tins not Mirena coils. I think people just blame other things and not what they put in there mouth.

Hi I did and yes I does work the only problem I found is that its not very sociable if you have a family. You really have to plan you do over come the hunger pans. I would plan a fast day then my husband would come in and say lets go out for tea, or with our weather been so unpredictable if it was nice he would then so…

STOP scale hopping and just get weighed once a week at the same time same clothes, that way you won't beat yourself up. Good luck X
