Mfp setting says 1200 I'm 5ft 1" but I have manually set it to 1300 as I think it's too low. That's a really good idea I think I'll try dropping that 100 calories for 5 days and save them for the weekend xx

If you google phase 1 you should get a list of foods. It does work for a quick fix but that's about it. I could stay on it for a long time, I would rather count calories least this way you can eat all food types.

Hi ive just stopped Sw I was eating far too much beans, pasta, meat, all have calories I don't care how free they are even fruit and veg has calories if counted. The food is boring after a while same old stuff. Now i'm back here again counting calories you then realize how much you do eat. Plus side you can have anything…

Must admit when I eat breakfast I eat all day, not to bad when I eat eggs but cereal is a killer even porridge and that's supposed to keep you fuller for longer.
