Hi I eat 1200 a day logged and weighed every thing but I haven't loss anything in a week, this is really frustrating.
44 female
current weight 164lb
my ideal weight 140lbs
Height 5ft1"
I don't do keep fit or training because im very active with my job. Any advise guys X

You weighed and logged everything?
Sunday you only logged 68 cals.
Saturday you only logged 68 cals.
Thursday you only logged 445 cals.
Either you are severely under eating or you are not logging everything.
I also note you are not tracking protein which be advisable to do.0 -
As you get close to TOM you can be retaining water as well. Your diary is either incomplete, or you're not accurately logging. Also I see high sodium foods which can make you retain. A week is nothing in the scheme of things, as Tav said, be patient.0
