Hi guys , on my iPhone I use the apple HealthKit to track my steps. When I go on the HealthKit it say source myfitnesspal , but my steps don't show on myfitnesspal . Does anyone know why please.

Morning all, 45 year old female 5.2 and 163lbs I want to lose about 20lbs MFP says 1200 calories but I have adjusted it to 1400 will I still lose just 1200 seams quite low to me. What to you guys think? Xx

well I have to boost I'm just loving my new jawbone set my steps to 10000 and I'm already at 11474 they really do keep you moving. That's just walking I'm not into any other exercise.

Hi I eat 1200 a day logged and weighed every thing but I haven't loss anything in a week, this is really frustrating. 44 female current weight 164lb my ideal weight 140lbs Height 5ft1" I don't do keep fit or training because im very active with my job. Any advise guys X

Evening all well it is here in the UK. Do you guys eat full fat foods or low fat IE oil butter mayo, cheese. I go for the full because it tastes so much better but have less of it than low fat which is full of crap. Just wondered what others think.
