morning all,

I need support start counting calories got a fitness band last Monday logging every day then the weekend comes and this is where I go off the rails.
The thing is I have a drink at weekends and don't measure yes I know I should. But this time I feel quite strong don't want to waste my hard work through the week. Anyone else have this problem?

    Lack of consistency will also result in inconsistent results. You control that.
