Hi all,
Had anyone heard of the fat burning kitchen book by Mike Geary.
If so is it worth buying?

The only way to "burn fat" is to have a calorie deficit. I'm very wary of anything marketed "skinny", "fat burning" or "diet" as they are sometimes not even good low calorie choices, they just look "healthy"! You can't eat a special food and lose weight unless you have that calorie deficit (so it's not the special food anyway).
If you like the recipes in the book and can work them into your calories, go ahead. Otherwise, you are just buying another cookbook.0 -
