I've had those in the morning.....and they keep me full sometimes til lunch and other times I do have a morning snack......though I don't particularly care for the taste of protein shakes(I use body fortress), I chug them down and my stomach usually doesn't want food for a long time......maybe you should add peanut…

I also had a run in with a neighborhood dog a few years back. and that has made me wary of walking in my neighborhood....I don't very often....

I don't think that it's the coffee that's bad.....its just that most people put junk in it....therefore making it bad for you......like me....by the time I've put what I want in it....It's like liquid candy......sugar&cream with a little bit of coffee added....lol.....

Make sure you drink your water too....that might help.....I know that's my problem.....I drown myself drinking water at the office all week and then on weekends I seem to drink hardly any at all....but I'm working on it....

Eat the salad first....then maybe that will help you eat less of the bad stuff...

Having an open food diary helps sometimes....b/c people will ask opinions on intake, calories, fat, carbs etc.....but their diaries will be close....kinda hard to help at all if we don't know what one is eating..... I've had mine open for months and no one ever made any comments....unless I asked for their opinion.....

I think, and I'm not an expert, this is just my opinion....that it might depend on the intensity of your workouts.....if you workout pretty hardcore, then maybe 2-3 rest days would be good.....but if your workouts are pretty low intensity then 1 rest day would be good.....again....I'm no expert....

I can get 200 crunches by tuesday....100 a day probably....200 in a day would kill me for sure.....
