I have recently gotten into Ranch dressing again, but I have found that I like using the powdered stuff better! Now I can't imagine how that would work on salad, but on chicken its great!!!

I know they are not the same, but baked chips sometimes are not so bad. At least you get the crunch and the general taste with less calories!

In college, about 10 years ago, I would start my day off with 32oz of regular mountain dew every day!!! If I drink it anymore, its diet and I still can't drink much of it at one time... switched to coffee now, which I couldn't stand then. Funny how our tastes change over time!

Bump! Last night the company I work for took us out to Panera for dinner. I had half a sandwich and looked at it and yet again realized it wasn't worth it! Maybe I should start a list for myself! @~~(~~

About 5 years ago, I stopped eating McDonalds for over a year. I had myself to the point of thinking it would make me sick to eat it. Unfortunatly, one day I had no choice (in a hurry with a 7year old) and started eating it again... Haven't had it now since the end of 2010!

This may sound silly, but I refuse to buy girl scout cookies simply because I don't feel $3.50 if worth it! I'm trying to use this thought process on other foods as well... so far, so good! :flowerforyou:

Maybe its a matter of personal opinion! But I would think that you would get more toned and lose weight as you progressed in the class! Thats too funny! I have a total of 14 different fur babies (1 bunny in a cage in the livingroom) and they all see to come and give me odd looks when I start to exercise! I love it!!!

I admit, I like a little "extra" creamer in my coffee along with splenda! I have found that coffee keeps my tummy fuller, but I know all the caffene isn't good for me... I'm excited to see what everyone else says....

I try to look at it like this, the more I drink, the less I eat! If I start to feel snacky during the day, I try to drink 1 glass of water first. If I'm still snacky after about 20 min, then I will go look for something decent to eat and hey... I got another glass in! :drinker:
