I started out 15 lbs over my License weight and now have fell almost 30 lbs below. I am looked at funny when going to a bar or club where they do not know me due to my weight loss. It is pretty ridiculous when they spend over a minute verifying that my ID is not counterfeit!!!

I think having my food diary has helped keep me on track. My father and I will go back and forth about what each other has been eating. Helps keep me on track if nothing else, knowing he is checking up on me. Don't want to disappoint your parents. Right???

My first 5 fell off quick. I think around 8 lbs lost I hit a little plateau. I lost another 6-7 easily and hit another plateau. Seems like it has repeated in that fashion for myself. Keep working hard at it and you will conquer.....

Squeeze in a little exercise, you will be able to eat enough to satisfy your hunger if you stay within reason!!!!

I like going with someone to lift weights (good rest between reps) When it comes to cardio, I am fine going by myself with my headphones plugged in....

My first NSV was being able to tie my shoes without coming up for air or having to hike my leg on a step or something!!!!!!

Have you tried a Gluten Free diet??? My mother suffered from migraines for years till she found out that gluten was causing them. I am no Dr. but, you may want to give it a try!

I try to do at least 1 hour at a brisk pace, 3.8-4.0 on the gym treadmill level 15-17 on random. It puts me a little over 1100 calories with the 5 minute cool down. I am a 250 lbs so burn will vary depending on weight. 7 x's a week

C'mon guys, let's be real. 1 slice of Pizza is not going to kill you. Planet Fitness Members pay 10$ a month. I think the point that they want to get across is that you can be healthy and eat pizza once a month.

I made the dinner in the crock pot today. We will go to the gym when my wife gets home and dinner will be ready to eat when we get home. 1 Hour treadmill workout 5 min cool down 30 minute Elliptical 5 min cool down

Haha, Eat four bushels of celery a day, you will burn more calories chewing since celery is 0 calories!!! So that is kinda negative....

From what I have read, watch your Sodium intake and I am not recommending but they do have all natural herb diuretics that will help you reduce water weight.

It's all about mind over matter.....Try entering the fast food meal into your log and then look at its outcome, then hopefully it will drive you to make a healthier choice. Try Subway for an alternative to the Mcd's or Taco Bell. Just remember It's your life, only you can choose its path!!! Just Say NO!!!!
