You can't target fat loss. You have to be burning more calories than you eat to make a deficit so that you will have fat loss.

I train one specific area per day. So today is tuesday, LEG DAY! I usually start with a High Intensity Warm up. Usually a round of some type of push up, burpee, mixture haha. Good job all us ladies!!! Feels good doesn't it? Here are my results from lifiting everyday 6 days a week and High Intensity Interval Training/Cardio workouts. I also just completed the Advocare 24 Day Challenge. This is 4.5 weeks of straight GYM! :)

This is day 23 of 24 of the Advocare 24 Day Challenge. I technically lost 5 lbs but gained muscle so a net loss of 2.5 lbs. I feel strong and look better I think! Hope you decide to join because it is worth it. :)

I dont count calories. I dont eat SATURATED fat. I dont eat refined foods or refined white sugars. I eat Lower carb.

I am on day 16! Whatever you do, PLEASE drink water. Like, TONS. divide your body weight by 2 and thats how much water you should drink. And when you get to the max phase, please eat before you take the vitamins or you will feel like your gonna barf lol.

I am 5'9" and I currently weigh 127.8lbs as of this morning. Of course it fluctuates around 127-129. But I lift everyday and have muscle building so I am sure that weight will go up soon.
