Hi Carb Cycling is a low/no-carbohydrate diet with intermittent periods of high or moderate carbohydrate consumption essentially you are cycling your carbs to achieve a desired result. Thanks for the invite adding you now :)

Hi, invest in a Leslie Sansone (walk at home) dvd. She has the 1 mile- 5 mile, it will be a good start for you, I'm currently doing her 1 mile walk....( walk away the pounds), it's achieveable & she motivates you & you don't need any equipment or alot of room. You can also borrow it from your local public library for free.…
