It's probably important not to cut your calories to extreme otherwise your body switches into "starvation mode" where it feeds off your fat stored in order to protect you. I stress eat like crazy.....when I find myself instinctivly going for the fridge I force myself outside and sprint 100 yards as fast as I can with my IPOD turned up on the hardest core song I can find, this acts as a distractor for me and I usually overcome it.

I am in the same boat as you, I want to measure all of my intake at home but what about when I am at work. My solution was to prepare my lunch at home the night prior where I can physically measure what I am eating and then brown bag it to work....
