I spend $80 - $85 per week but more than 1/2 of that is eating out - usually twice a week. And it's just me!

Great work - looking good!

It's important to find foods that fill you up. Greek yogurt instead of fat free, oatmeal, nuts and other proteins. Getting enough fluids is really important - try herbal teas to add some variety.

I haven't quite figured this out yet so I've left my calories at a slight deficit knowing I can go over a little bit!

I walk to and from work every day, my only cardio. I couldn't maintain without it.

I did not hang onto any of my oversize clothing. It felt wonderful giving it away and even better fitting into my new smaller size.

I can see the hospital from my balcony!

Even when there's "nothing" in my kitchen I can find something to eat late at night. Last night it was air popped popcorn (with added butter) and yogurt (not a small serving).

Just finished a 15 day cruise and was back to before cruise weight within a week! We walked at least a mile after every meal and took the stairs all the time, not the elevators. I always had fresh fruit with breakfast, a lot of seafood entrees and I enjoyed one glass of wine with most dinners.

I am not a gym rat and I spend a lot of time at a desk at work and in a chair at evening rehearsals. I walk to work 4 days a week (25 minutes each way) and I use the stairs before the elevator. I could not have lost weight or maintained without walking.

Sounds like a problem with the IOS8 - hopefully mfp will do a quick fix.

Mon - Fri, plain oatmeal and fresh fruit, Sat - eggs, toast etc. (this usually covers lunch too), Sun - yogurt or a banana then brunch/lunch after church with choir buddies. Coffee with milk every day!

Once a day. I started flossing the day my dentist insisted on showing me what it looked like after he'd removed a large old filling that had cracked. I don't think he intended to scare me but it appeared to me that there was no tooth left, just a big gaping hole. Once the new gold filling was done everything looked fine…

Knowing what you're coming home to - peace and quiet, tidiness, healthy food in the kitchen...

I try to walk to work 4 times a week (4.4 km round trip) and try to walk at lunch when I have to bring my car. It's uphill in the morning so I reward myself with a decaf at the Starbucks at the top! I like the fact that I can fit walking into my daily routine.

You look wonderful!
