3 months and 10 kg lighter! So happy with the result

In January I decided it had been long enough to wait for my weight reduction and that I had to do something about it. Not that I had not tried before, but the the methods all lacked an important ingredient....they did not offer me the long term attractiveness that I have now found by using MyFitnesspal.
So now 3 months into my "new life" I am 10 kg lighter and feel fantastic. And maybe even more important I am confident that I will be able to keep my weight.
I weight 103,4 kg in december, as you can see on the picture on the left. Yesterday I was able to celebrate 10 kg less: 93,4 kg. My goal now is to reach 90kg and remain there. At a length of 1,87 m that is a great weight for me to keep.
What in my mind is the success to this?
1. Use MyFitnesspal to track how much you consume and what you consume.
2. Keep eating what you like, but stay within your weight reduction goals. which meant for me that I was still eating a Double Whopper (2x in 3 months) and my so beloved Creme Brule. I am certain if I would have to give up on these foods that I would not be able to keep going on this new lifestyle.
3. Exercise, exercise and exercise ;-) I try to walk or bike every day for roughly 10.000 steps or 60 mins of intensive walks. The great thing about MyFitnesspal in combination with a step teller as the IPhone 6 is that IF I want to indulge into something I crave, I simply exercise longer and with that earn more calories to spent over the day.
In the end the long run will tell if this works out for me, but it is the first time I feel very comfortable in loosing weight and have a confidence that I will be able to reach and keep my goal of 90 kg.
To all that doubt if they can do this....YOU CAN. Set your goal....and make a change, THE change for yourself!!! Success to everyone!!

Congratulations for your hard work0

I love crème brûlée too. I do think also myfitnesspal works because we can still eat what we love, just less of it, and less often. We have more chance to not gain the weight back. Congratulations. You look good.
