i read that as long as youre not going over your calorie limit, eating at a certain time doesnt affect your weight. if you eat 1500 calories before 9 or eat it after 9, as long as you eat the same amount of calories, youll get the same results.

fiber is supposed to keep you really full. so i tried eating a lot of fiber foods and yes, they do make you gassy! when people eat fiber one cereal bars, they get bloated and gassy. me too, so i stopped buying them :( so yes, it is completely normal to be gassy when eating a lot of fiber

OMG I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM! im usually hungrier after eating an apple, which is so sad :( some people said they eat apples with peanut butter, and that helps. but i never actually tried it. thats why i avoid eating apples in the morning. i usually eat a banana after breakfast.

SNACKS! i eat 6 times a day lol breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack my main meals arent too high in calories so it doesnt bother me. overall, i tend to eat around 1200 calories so its fine for me :)

shirataki noodles are 20 calories per serving and it comes in 2 servings per package. so if you eat the whole thing, its only 40 calories. i never tried them but i heard they taste odd. try typing it on youtube.com to find videos and reviews about what people thought about them!

MFP's limit is too low, i think i went on another website to see my daily recommendations for calorie intake and sugar intake, and the sugar was realllllly low on MFP. that website suggested me to eat around 60 g of sugar but on MFP, it suggests around 35? plus, fruit has good kind of sugar, so dont worry about it!
