My friend has limited sugar in her diet, she eats "clean and lean" and has the books! Nd it has helped her. She looks great. She tried to convince me todo it. Whilst I would love to look like her and wish I could cut out all my sugary stuff. I get moody and headaches and feel really awful! So I've given up trying haha she…

I regularly go to the gym, but not necessarily for bodybuilding or weight training! For all over fat loss :)

Agree with this! Also, someone who just steals my heart. Able to sit in silence happily with no need to fill the gap. Good in bed is always required. Treats me right. This is why I'm single.. Ha

I have cereal every morning :) I just chose the cereal that's better for me (atm, all bran and topped with fruits) rather than the less healthy? Just eat what you like, if you cut it all your more likely to fail.

Bump!! Had my test and I was 38% argh!!! Want to reduce it to 30% in 13 weeks? Possible? Tips for this or as close to? More cardio? Specific exercises? Weights? What's worked for you?
