  • I find it very confusing myself. In my case, I'm "supposed" to eat 1,200 calories a day. But, after I exercise, it raises that total to, say 1,700 and tells me my "remaining calories" is 500. I'm like you in that I feel if I eat those extra calories, all I'm going to be doing is maintaining my weight and not losing…
