Sodium is my worst enemy. I can eat TERRIBLE all day and somehow be under on sodium and lose weight. I can eat PERFECT another day and go a hair over in sodium and gain 3 lbs. Olive oil, salt, pepper and put them in the oven on 400 for about 15 to 20 minutes. You need to shake the pan every few minutes. They will start to look a little burnt but that's how you want them. Gives them a WAY better taste and the little "chips" that fall off are delicious!

I just wear a regular bra and add an adjuster to the back (I think you can get them at walmart) that hooks both straps together and makes the bra a racerback then I wear a looser, plain sports bra on top. I have a BodyMedia armband and I have burned as much as 1200 calories walking around in the mall and as little as 150 calories. I would say count it as walking slow like another poster said and only put half the time, unless you walk around a good bit on a daily basis. If so I wouldn't count it.

My mom always falls into these things and tags me along. This stuff made me HUNGRY and EXHAUSTED! Did the exact opposite of what it said! I haven't been right ever since! I am assuming it threw something off in my body! I do NOT recommend it at all!

I do the SAME thing! My natural waist has shrunk 5.5 inches in 2 weeks and my lower waist has only gone down 1 inch! That's the largest part of my body, so it is a little frustrating!

Yes I get stared at constantly from people I haven't seen in a long time. Honestly, it makes me uncomfortable, LOL! Then again, I HATE being the center of attention and with as much weight as I have lost, I am having to get used to it, LOL!

I run Mon, Wed, and Fri and usually try to start my runs no later than 6:30am. If I start any later than that, I will be about to pass out from heat exhaustion towards the end of my run. I live in Northeast Louisiana btw, so it is not only hot but it's also REALLY humid, which makes it even worse!

I had pneumonia and couldn't smoke for 2 weeks. Never looked back! I am completely free of all cravings, but I do believe I owe that one to God! :D

I hit a plateau at 50 lbs lost, 100 lbs lost, 150 lbs lost, and now again at 190 lbs lost. I didn't lose but 1/2 a pound in the entire month of April and I exercised my butt off. I think it just depends on your body. I am rooting for you that you will never hit one!
