We are the same starting weight and height, I put my goal in to lose 2 lbs a week and 20 minutes of exercise a day and my calorie intake is 1380. Honestly, it will be hard to start when you lack the motivation but I suggest forcing yourself to stay on track for a week by tracking your food and doing the boring exercise DVD. Thanks guys. The Slimdown looks great. I think I'll do that at some point after I get those DVD's! My sister has the BL Bootcamp so I think I am going to borrow that and try to increase my endurance, starts with 20 min and ends with a 45 min workout. Thank you guys for the suggestions. I agree. I have those 32 oz hospital cups I use although most of my straws are missing. I've had 64 oz already today, I'll probably have 96 oz total today.
