Again, "big" or "small" portions are relative terms, and quite meaningless when it comes to tracking calories. If you're not measuring, you really have no idea what you're eating. It could be far too much or far too little. It's really a non-negotiable component of this whole thing if you're serious about it. Protein bars…

Yeah I have to buy protein bars which I love. For my portions intake it's not big. Its a portion for weightless. :)

I love your advice. :) I basicallly wake up early in the morning to go for a walk but I'll start jogging now a long distance. Thing is... I noticed that when I run after a while my whole body starts itching so bad and the itch is like so bad like a burning sensation.it starts at my thighs and the. Goes to my stomach, neck and arms. Scratching doesn't help, makes it wrose.

Your right. I've actually lose 75 pounds by walking alone and eating healthy which was in 2011 and now I weight 149 or less because I've been working out. I used to be 175lbs. Your actually right. It's genetic, my mother has thighs like that but mine look worse because of the strech marks on them. I'm doing 50 squats with my 5 pound dumbells every other day and I'm jogging too starting tomorrow morning. I did 50 squats today with the dumbells and my legs are in fire still.

Yeah that's true. Of course like a month or two but since I own a pair of dumbells that are 5 pounds do you think that if I do them with squats everyday, no quitting, also running or jogging everyday that it will make a difference?

Do you think if I do 50 squats every other day that my thighs can get firm and nice? I just did the 10 minute workout for my butt and thighs and it really didnt do much.
