I know I'm anemic because I was diagnosed with it two years ago and it's always been an issue, I just finished my period which are really heavy and it made it worse. I just need to take iron pills since I haven't been since I thought I was fine but now I'm not.

I meant lifestyle change because if I wasn't in one I would be eating like crazy. I eat very small portions of food, and I when I serve myself food I get paranoid about it being too big. I thought that eating small got you to slim down and when you ate big meals you get big. I don't know. I guess.

Yeah I keep telling myself to be patient. It sucks but I gotta keep reminding myself.. I don't have any other dumbbells nor can I buy new ones. The ones I have we're my sisters and she gave it to me.

Yeah I'm not stopping, I promise. I am notching that my sides are getting curvy. (My waist) i only want to lose 10 or more. I'm 140 I think because I haven't been on the scale since I started working out. Once I reach 130 I'd love to be 126

I can't afford to buy anything. I'm not working. I'm 18 living with my mom and she can't buy it because she doesn't have money like that. Yes I've applied at jobs, nobody's hiring.

I've been to the doctor before with my mother but she doesn't want me on the pill. I'm also anemic which is why I can't workout while on it.

Not for me. I have to take 8 pills for the pain to be gone. I worked out on my period and I ended up throwing up, passing out.

I've tried working out on my period and its different. If I work out my cramps get worse, I get Nashua and I end up throwing up passing out.

I'll give it a try but YES IT'S SOO BAD. I have to take 8 pills for the pain to be gone but even if its gone I have nausea, cold sweats, I'm dizzy and the hormones OMG TO DIE FOR. I have pain for 6 days. I have to wear two pads, that's how bad it is.

Actually no nothing works, i have to take 8 pills for the pain to be gone but doesn't make a difference because I'm bloated and in pain still feeling nausea.
