Def a twisted society not a confidence thing as far as people treating you differently. I have been 190lbs and I have been 120lbs. People treat you different when you are thin- no doubt about it.

I have a polarf4 and a D cup-- goes under the breasts and my sportsbra helps keep it in place although I have never really had a problem with it slipping. WOrks great--- if you are gonna invest in one it may as well be accurate-- get the chest strap!

Your gonna loose but mostly water weight. Gonna come right back... but if seeing numbers go down motivates you- its only 7 days. Try eating clean.

When you are loosing wieght you are trying to create a deficeit right??? So if you cut your cals by 500 and excersizes 500cals off a day over course of week you would loose 1 lbs! So why then would you wanna cut cals and excersize but then eat part of your cal deficeit. I never eat my cals--- makes no since to me.

With that being said about LPN-- nursing home my sis works out pays 25$/hr. And they are paying for her to get an RN! Prob depends on the state you live in.

Getyour LPN to start alot of places you can get your LPN in 1 year if you go fulltime. My sister ddid this and makes great $$$-- then you can always go back for your RN and some hospitals will even pay for it! Good luck!

I like to excersize before I have anythign to eat for the day-- i feel like I am burniong stored calories/fat then instead of calories that I just ate. BUt it can be hard to get the workout in first thing! Any excersize is good excersize!!

Yeah just drink that in the morning when you get up-- just the lemon and the water. Then eat like you normally would on a diet- healthier than normal. Its not a fast- its a cleanse.

Do a lemon cleanse- it is all natural... every morning when you wake up drink a glass of lukewarm water with 1/2 a lemon squeezed into it.
