I am the mother of 4--- and that should be considered child abuse!!!!!!!!! If you were starving your child you would be charged and you should be charged for this as well. Very sad.

Heyyy I am no expert either... but Atkins had the same controversy surrounding it. This diet is really only for about 3 weeks, cause week 4 you can eat anythign you want as long as 1 day a week you eat like its week 1. 1 day of eating nothing but protein can't be that bad for your body I don't think. google cause I read a huge article about it yesterday. DOn't quote me but I think week one is non fatty meats (turkey no skin, lean chicken) and water. Week two you can add in veggies, week three you can have 2 slice of bread and fruit, and week 4 you can eat whatever you want as long as you go back to week one plan one…
